Speed. Precision. Exhilarating performance. This year’s Lexus Junior Rugby Festival was a true demonstration of the exciting parallels between our own ethos, ‘the pursuit of perfection’ and the spirit of challenge, and the world of sport.
The 2007 Lexus Junior Rugby Festival took place over two weekends, 16 and 23 September, at five venues across the country. In this the third year of the Festival, 3,840 competitors in four age-groups took part (U13 – U16) from 48 clubs across the country.
The tournament gives high-class junior players the chance to continue to develop their potential in a competitive and supportive environment and is a unique event which we are proud to have made our own. The Lexus Junior Rugby Festival also provides the opportunity for Lexus Centres to forge strong links within their local community through the sponsoring and support of a local rugby club.
The Pursuit of Perfection
Perhaps one day the players at this year’s Festival will be turning out at Twickenham, Murrayfield or the Millennium Stadium to represent their nations. When they do, we aim to make sure that Lexus is still at the pinnacle of luxury, performance and technology.
