Toyota (GB) PLC – Lexus Division is deemed to be a producer of automotive and industrial batteries under the Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations 2009. We therefore have certain obligations regarding the collection of waste automotive and industrial batteries from 1 January 2010.
