The aim of the Lexus Edinburgh Aftersales Department is to make owning your Lexus as pleasurable as possible. Keith Reid, Service Manager, has many years of Aftersales experience and with his team of highly trained professionals will endeavour to provide all of your servicing and parts requirements to your complete satisfaction.
Lynsey Sutherland is our Customer Service Advisor. Lynsey takes all booking calls for the Service Department along with all follow up calls and telesales calls for the Sales Department. She also makes appointments with customers on behalf of the Sales Department.
Our Service Advisors, John Donaldson, Pat Gallagher and Shaun Begg have a vast amount of experience. John is also a fully qualified technician and has been working with Lexus Edinburgh since we opened in 2000. They are well versed in all the technical aspects of the cars and provides a fast, efficient service. They can arrange collection and delivery from your home or place of work and we also have a fleet of Lexus loan cars for customer use if required. Alternatively you may wish to wait for your Lexus in our Lexus Lounge area where you will be looked after by Lynsey Sutherland, our Centre Host. Here you can pass the time with satellite television, soft drinks and a variety of magazines always available. If you don't have time to relax, then you are more than welcome to use our facilities at the Lexus Centre for phone, fax or e-mail.
Eric Armstrong (Workshop Controller), Simon Redmond, Stephen McBurnie, Boguslaw Krzeminski, Greg Aston, Karl Partinofski our expert technicians along with Apprentice Craig Smith, have been factory trained to the highest standard and are constantly updated on the latest models as well as technical bulletins highlighting any points they should be aware of. They are more than happy to discuss any work they carry out with our customers and always take meticulous care over each Lexus they are entrusted with. We also make every effort to ensure that the same technician always works on your car, so as they get to know it and you get to know them. The technicians not only have the training, they also have the equipment. Lexus vehicles are complex machines and although they are extremely reliable they are not beyond needing repairs every now and then. We have all the specialised electronic diagnostic equipment and Lexus tools to keep your car as healthy as it should be. Once we have finished working on your Lexus we will, of course return it to you washed and vacuumed.
Handling your parts enquiries will be our Parts Advisor, Richard Mill. Having recently completed his Modern Apprenticeship, he is well trained to ensure that the parts department stocks a wide variety of parts, so we have the necessary items to service or repair your Lexus on hand. However, in the event we do not have what you need, Lexus offer an express overnight delivery service to us at no extra cost. Whatever your requirements, Richard prides himself in being able to fulfil them in the shortest possible time.
