The price information contained in or provided through this Lexus site is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer to sell Lexus products. Prices are recommended retail prices, and actual prices from an authorised Lexus Centre may differ. The supply of any Lexus product shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supply contract.
FUEL CONSUMPTION AND CO2 EMISSIONS
All fuel consumption and CO2 values quoted on this website are measured in a controlled environment, in accordance with the requirements of Directive 80/1268/EEC including its amendments, on a basic production vehicle. For further information about this or if you are interested in buying a basic production vehicle, please contact your local Lexus Centre. The fuel consumption and CO2 values of your vehicle may vary from those measured. Driving behaviour as well as other factors (such as road conditions, traffic, vehicle conditions, installed equipment, load, number of passengers etc.) play a role in determining a vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
USE OF "COOKIE" TECHNOLOGY
TME on its own behalf and on behalf of Lexus Division uses cookie technology to allow TME to trace the paths followed by you to the Lexus site, to help TME in registering user activity at the Lexus site and to evaluate and improve the Lexus site in order to make it more useful to you. TME does not register information on individual users through this technology, so no information about you in particular will be kept or used. Please note that you can set your browser not to accept cookies or warn you in case cookies are sent.

Any personal data you provide to TME or Lexus Divsion via this site will only be used by TME or Lexus Division to improve the services TME and Lexus Division provide to you. INTERNET SCAMS
As a major international company Toyota's name is sometimes used by Internet scammers to give credibilty to their activities. At the moment we are aware of two scams which are in no way associated with Toyota either in the UK or globally.
Toyota Lotto scam/The Toyota Lottery is in no way associated with Toyota either in the UK or globally. We advise all recipients of this email to ignore it, not to reply to this or any similar emails and to definitely not send any money or bank details to the senders. Yahoo has been informed of the situation and we hope that this will be resolved in the near future.
SCAM RECRUITMENT EMAILS
It has been brought to our attention that various individuals and organisations are contacting people and/or operating Internet sites that purport to provide employment opportunities within Toyota companies. Some such individuals and organisations advise job seekers that they must submit a processing or work permit fee in order to secure an offer of employment. These are not legitimate Toyota offers. Please note that Toyota companies do not seek fees for securing a position as an employee. Therefore you should assume that such individuals and organisations are not providing bona fide offers.
Toyota, as well as any of its affiliates, disclaims all responsibility with respect to any expense, loss and/or damage of any kind, which might have occurred in connection with any e-job application and/or recruitment procedure.
UPDATE OF POLICY
TME and/or Lexus Division reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of the site. Any changes will be notified via a suitable announcement on the site. The changes will apply to the use of the site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use the site. If you continue to use the site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of England and Wales. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so within the United Kingdom.
