Our foremost commitment to our customers relies on you having the opportunity to approach any single member of staff in the Lexus Centre to handle your query. This in turn creates the impression in your mind that we are here to listen at all levels of the business. Whilst we will endeavour to minimise the time spent with our After sales departments when paying us a visit, we also naturally offer a collection and delivery facility for those with a busy schedule.

Our service reception is controlled by Peter Burgess, Service Manager, who portrays our company image both politely and efficiently. Darren Whitfield, Craig Holmes, Nick Rawlinson, Mark Lewis and Andrew Fitzpatrick our Lexus Technicians, take their ongoing Lexus Technical training very seriously and are always happy to listen to your technical questions and will certainly give the best advice where possible.

Steve Price, our Group Parts Manager, controls our extensive parts facility with the latest I.T. hardware to speed up the parts delivery process. Assisting Steve in controlling the parts department is Tom Skelton. They are also able to facilitate any accident repair work you may require. With Lexus moving into ever more specialised markets, our stock of Lexus merchandise is always worth viewing.
