A problem for a Lexus customer is not an issue to Lexus Centre personnel as they are trained to provide solutions.
Lexus Centre personnel have passion for the Lexus brand and evidence of that is found in the extent that Centre staff will go to ensure customers enjoy a legendary experience.
Here are a few examples of how our people have helped Lexus customers recently:
Centre Salesman: “Last year a lady came into the Centre to discuss buying an IS 250. I demonstrated a static model and she was impressed with the service. She said it was better than she had received from two other manufacturers. A few weeks later she requested a test drive, so I took the IS to her house. She was totally amazed with the service and purchased the car. We now receive Christmas cards from her and she says she will remain loyal to us on the basis of her first visit.”
Centre Receptionist: “When customers are out on a long two-hour demonstration drive in a new or a Pre-Owned Lexus, we clean the car which they have left for us. On their return to the vehicle they are always amazed and delighted at this service, which is, of course, completely free.”
Centre Technician: “A customer telephoned the Lexus Centre to say the wheels on her Lexus had been stolen and the car was parked on bricks outside her home and she couldn’t get to work. I took the spare wheels out of the sales cars, went to the house, put them on the car so she could get to work. I then ordered her new wheels.”
Service Advisor: “While out for dinner I noticed that one of the bulbs on a customer’s car was not working. I noted the registration number and the next day I looked the owner up on our database and telephoned them. I then arranged for the bulb to be changed.”
