The Intelligent - Adaptive Front-lighting System (I-AFS) can automatically swivel the headlights by up to 15 degrees into approaching corners to significantly enhance visibility.
The IS features High Intensity Discharge (HID) bi-xenon headlights as an optional upgrade. These headlights can swivel by up to 15 degrees into an approaching left turn and by up to 5 degrees into a right-hand bend thanks to the sophisticated I-AFS technology.
Combined with xenon technology, which ensures sharply defined, brighter and longer-reaching light patterns, the IS offers enhanced visibility when cornering at night without dazzling oncoming traffic.
