Charging a Lexus is convenient due to the many public chargers accessible in the UK. This interactive map will show you where the nearest charging points are located on the routes you plan to take.

LEXUS PUBLIC CHARGING NETWORK

The Lexus Public Charging Network is a new subscription based model that gives you access to over 500,000 different charging points across Europe.

The Lexus Charge Network features work with your Lexus Link + meaning you will be able to manage all of your EV information in one place.

 

COVERAGE

The Lexus Charge Network is provided by Digital Charging Solutions (DCS) who have established the biggest charge network across Europe with over 500,000 connectors available, this includes thousands of connectors in the UK.

SIMPLE PAYMENT

Lexus Charging Network customers will now have a choice of three subscription tariffs when signing up. ‘Go’ supports drivers who need to use public charging only a few times per year. ‘Active’ is designed for Lexus drivers with limited access to home charging infrastructure. ‘Active+’ provides long-distance and frequent Lexus drivers charge point access.

EMBEDDED INTO LEXUS LINK + APP

Once you have subscribed to the Lexus Charging Network you will be able to access the features within your Lexus Link+ App, this will enable you to:
  • Find charge points near you, with a filter tool to find the charge point that suits your needs the best.
  • Navigate to charge points
    -See charge point details and if its free or in use.
  • All invoices for electricity used can be easily viewed at the end of each month

Charging your EV

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO CHARGE AN EV ON PUBLIC POINTS?

Costs vary greatly for public EV charging. Depending on how much charge is required, the cost of electricity for each network, and what type of public charge point is used. Some will be free to use, while rapid charging will typically be priced higher than fast charging, due to convenience and higher charge point installation costs.​

DO I NEED A CABLE?

The UX 300e and NX450h+ comes with 2 charging cables, a 3-pin AC charging cable for standard UK home sockets and a mode 3 AC charging cable for use with public AC charge points when on the go. All DC charging points already have a cable attached meaning there is no need for you to use extra equipment. Any additional cables can be purchased from your Lexus Centre.
