How do payments for BCH work?

1. Initial Rental

<p>The Initial Rental is the upfront amount paid at the beginning of your Contract Hire agreement (&quot;agreement&quot;). This sum typically corresponds to the equivalent of 1 to 9 monthly rentals, providing flexibility to suit your business needs.</p>

2. Monthly Rental

<p>Your monthly rental payments remain fixed for the duration of your agreement and are influenced by the level of your Initial Rental. After selecting your preferred agreement length (&quot;term&quot;) and anticipated annual mileage, the total cost is distributed evenly across the term. Optional maintenance packages, which are 100% VAT reclaimable, can also be incorporated into the monthly rental. It is important to set an accurate mileage figure at the outset, as excess mileage charges will apply if this is exceeded.</p>

3. End of Agreement

<p>At the end of your agreement, and once your final monthly rental payment has been made, your vehicle will be returned to us. It will then be assessed in line with the British Vehicle Rental &amp; Leasing Association (&quot;BVRLA&quot;) fair wear and tear guidelines, which will be provided to you at the start of your agreement. Should any damage fall outside of these standards, a charge may apply. An excess mileage charge will also be incurred if the vehicle has exceeded the agreed mileage allowance.</p>

Can I add maintenance to my agreement?

A maintenance package can be added to your agreement, enabling you to spread the cost of routine servicing and upkeep across the duration of your term. Incorporating maintenance into your monthly rentals offers added convenience with a single consolidated payment, as well as potential long-term cost efficiencies, while ensuring your vehicle is cared for throughout your contract.

What does an agreement with maintenance cover?

When a maintenance package is added to your agreement, all required servicing and maintenance is covered within your monthly payments. If a maintenance package is not selected, these services will need to be arranged and paid for separately.
