If you wish to cancel your Service Plan Plus agreement, please contact our trusted service plan partner, EMaC, by telephone at 01270 505050 or via email at cancel@emac.co.uk. A cancellation fee of £26.40 will apply. This ensures a smooth and transparent process, aligned with the exceptional standards you expect from Lexus

Our Service Plan Plus packages are available within three months of your vehicle purchase. Our new vehicle package is designed for brand-new Lexus models or those under 12-months old. For vehicles over 12-months, our used vehicle ownership packages offers the same exceptional care and peace of mind.
If our Service Plan Plus isn’t the perfect fit, we can create a bespoke service plan tailored to your individual requirements. Simply contact your local Lexus Centre, and we’ll ensure your plan is as refined for you.
Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with your full terms & conditions. If you don’t see it right away, please check your junk folder.
