We collect information about how you drive, which may include for example details about your location, mileage, acceleration, cornering, braking and speed. We also collect personal data like your name, phone number, email address, and vehicle identification number (VIN). We share this data with authorized Lexus team members and trusted third parties.
Lexus Link App knows your location, but this data is used only to provide location-based services. We will never provide your data to any third party unless you have specifically signed a contract with that third party. You can switch off location data by turning on Privacy Mode in the ‘Car’ tab in the ‘Settings’.
All data is collected by default.
Data is used to provide several Lexus Link App Connected Services. For example, driving mileage information is used when offering service reminders. Driving-behaviour data is used in the trip history section of the mobile app.
